The Beach Adobe is a remodeled single family home, located minutes away from the beach in Huntington. Structurally redesigned for maximum serenity with rustic tile flooring, cement counter tops, modern chic furnishing, custom lighting and a floor plan that flows perfectly from room to room. It's perfect for a family or small group of friends, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and can accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is a late check out fee of $100 per hour. The space We provide surf boards for those who like to surf. We also have bikes to cruise to the beach if you like! Guest access This beautiful beach adobe is about 4 blocks away from the beach and about 5 blocks away from the dog beach. Other things to note Socializing is made easy while preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, unique tile backsplash, stainless steel upscale appliances and custom lighting. Sit back and relax in the sitting area which features a flat screen TV and fireplace. The lower level also includes a separate dining area that seats 6 people and a formal living room. In the living room, another flat screen is hung above an additional wood burning fireplace. Double glass doors make it easy to access the patio, which has a BBQ, a table that seats 6 and a wet bar with seating for 2 more. On the second floor is the large master bedroom suite with generous sitting area and custom-built in fireplace. The master bathroom includes a new glass shower, dual sinks and custom cabinetry. In addition, there are 2 guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twins. But that's not all! On the top of the house is a deck, that has yet another flat screen TV, small seating area and Hot Tub for your enjoyment.
