The space This good-sized studio apartment with great natural light includes a kitchen/sleeping area on upper level and a nice full bathroom on ground level. We offer a luxurious king bed, plus a futon sofa that opens into a comfortable full size bed for 1-2 people. The studio is ideal for up to 3 people. We also offer a baby/toddler crib ("Pack & Play"). Just note that all beds are in a studio and not separated by walls. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $25 per night fee. Please be sure to include them during the reservation process. Guest access This is a private, fully-contained, 2-story apartment that sits adjacent to a garage turned office studio. Your host family lives in the main house on the property, but the studio you rent is private, with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and a peaceful, private deck. Other things to note Please note: there is a short flight of stairs between the bathroom and studio, and there is no access to laundry on-site but POPLIN app pick up and delivery service is available and works great for wash and fold. Please do not park in the driveway- there are parking bays in front of and across the street from the studio for your use. THANKS!
