Welcome to the best neighborhood in RVA! Our basement studio apartment is very comfortable and well lit with an open floor plan and all the amenities you need for short or long term stay. All utilities including high speed WI-FI included. Walk to the best restaurants, bike to downtown, Carytown, Belle Island, Maymont Park, Shockoe Bottom, and Scott's Addition. VCU is about 3 miles away. Also, within a 1-3 mile radius is The Diamond, RIC raceway, The VMFA, and Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. This is a spacious basement Studio Apartment with private side entrance. Walk down about 6 steps to the open floor plan that is well lit including natural light. New carpet, kitchen cabinets, and fresh paint (October 2018)! There is always complementary wine (upon request) and the kitchen comes stocked with coffee, and a variety of teas. The space has a full size kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for your use. The bed is queen size with brand new 10” Lucid Gel Memory foam mattress. There is also a futon couch that opens to a full size bed. There are lots of board games, a cabinet full of grown-up coloring books and all the fine point markers you could want! There is a smart TV with cable and Netflix or listen to Pandora (wifi and Netflix password will be provided). We always offer complimentary wine- if you have a preference white/red, sweet/dry- let us know! We will also try to have any breakfast items you like already there for you. Just let us know what you prefer! Because this is a basement apartment the CEILING HEIGHT IS LOW! You will have to duck the beams if you are over 5'8" and if you are over 6' 5" this is not the apartment for you! guests have full use of the private apartment and everything in it, as well as the small fenced off outdoor area that leads into the apartment. Because of our dogs that live upstairs don’t go into the main backyard incase they are outside. We live upstairs, and will stay away unless you need anything! We are available anytime day or night for any questions or concerns that you have. We have two dogs and will try to keep them as quiet as possible, you will never have to interact with them. They do bark and you can often hear them running about, we will do our best to keep that to a minimum, but you will definitely be able to hear them. You will not have a problem after 8:00pm! This is a very safe family neighborhood that is very walkable. Walk to several of the best restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, and grocery stores in RVA. Walk to the park, a fantastic wine store, drug store, grocery store, etc. everything you need is a short distance away. Bellevue is centrally located less than a mile from I95 and I64, and on the bus line, you can also bike easily anywhere you want (there are great bike lanes all the way to the city) There will be a parking spot available for you directly in front of the house. Please use this space so that the neighbors can have parking in front of their house. It is important to note that the ceiling height is LOW!! I believe around 6’5” (roughly), but if you are over 6ft. tall there is a beam that you will have to duck so you don't bump your head. (check out the photos to get an idea of the space)! My son is 6"1 and has to duck under beams when he walks around down there.
