This room is suited for one person for a longer stay, a month or more. OR suited for two people staying for short term stay. Bright in the day. Sofa, lots of lighting, side tables. Comfy bed with feather duvet. Close to bus routes going to directly to OttawaU and to the Byward Market. Arts and cultural tourist locations are no more than 10 minutes drive to Parliament, Museums, government offices. Great for solo adventurers, interns, and business travellers. The space It is a large private room with a Double cast iron bed, antique dresser with large mirror, armoire and love seat. 2 washrooms available the guest- powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom on the second floor which as been newly renovated. Modern kitchen, cupboard and fridge space. Laundry room. Enjoy the hammock in the backyard. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, backyard, laundry, bbq, wifi, iron, hair dryer, towels, linens. During your stay I will be at the house most likely, along with my cat Mimi. Guests have said that the room is spacious, bright and comfy. Other things to note Free wifi, lots of parking. Located off Beechwood Village with a fair trade coffee shop at the end of the road, nice locally run restaurants and direct bus routes to the market. Or rent a bike on Beechwood. It's a great way to see Ottawa.
