Welcome! The ROOM I rent is part of my home. ALL TAXES ALREADY INCLUDED IN PRICE. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT times are 4-7pm and by 11am respectively, outside this window they’re NOT GUARANTEED. For security reasons I do not offer luggage storage. BE ADVISED: The condominium has approved the renovation of the facades (Feb-Dec 2026), there will be work related noise and the balcony is off-limits until further notice, apologies for any inconvenience. The space It's a cozy 65sq metre apartment, quiet and comfortable. There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests will have their own private room (with balcony) and private bathroom (though not en-suite). There is a shared living room and kitchen, both of which you are very welcome to use throughout the course of your stay. The apartment is approximately a 10 minute walk from Bologna Centrale where you can hop on a train to visit neighbouring towns like Ravenna, Mantova, Ferrara and more! Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and moka, as well as essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and more). BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN PRICE AND IS SELF-SERVICE. It will be made available between 8am and 11am. A hairdryer is in the bathroom, clean sheets and towels are included. A change of sheets and towels will be offered every 3 days. If you wish for a change before the 3 days you will be charged €10 for every extra change. During your stay I live in the apartment so will be available for further information. Other things to note IMPORTANT!! • There are about 7 steps BEFORE you reach the elevator. • Price includes ALL TAXES (19% Airbnb, 21% Italian VAT, €7person/night tourist tax) • The condominium has approved the RENOVATION OF THE FACADES AND BALCONIES, which will be carried out between Feb-Dec 2026, apologies for any inconvenience. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm. The balcony is off-limits until renovations have been completed. • If you are late PLEASE let me know, I will do my best to accommodate your schedule but I have my own schedule as well.
