The space This is a large 3100 square foot residence with a large backyard that is perfect for pets. Convenient Phoenix location with easy access to shopping and dining. Downtown Phoenix is just a short drive away. A cannot miss for those looking to relax on vacation or come for a sports outing. There are 10 beds, and if needed an air mattress per request. Our home has internet provided, living room and master bedroom. We have a pool but it is not heated. Bring your swimsuits and enjoy AZ’s wonderful weather. Guest access Guests have access to entire home. There is parking for 3 full size vehicles in the driveway. The office and garage are not for use. Other things to note Upon approved booking you will receive an email notification with a contract and pool safety notice along with other things to know about the home. As we grow closer to your stay you will receive additional information and check in instructions as well via email. We have worked to provide as much information as possible prior to your stay so you can enjoy your time upon arrival. This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior is allowed. We welcome your guests to always have fun, but it has to be done in a respectful manner as you would be in your own home. No Smoking anywhere in home, but there is a designated smoking area. Pet Friendly Home - Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Must contact host prior to booking for pet approval and fee applied. The downstairs office and garage are not for guests to use. Access to both areas is locked and restricted.
