The space The apartment is equipped for a short holiday stay or for a longer stay. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils for the preparation of your meals. On the balcony you have a bbq where you can grill the fresh fish of the region that you can find just 1000m away in the Municipal market. The room has 2 single beds measuring 120*200 that can be joined together to form an extra-sized double bed on request. In the living room there is a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, cable TV with over 150 channels of different nationalities is also available. There are also two dining areas, one inside and one on the balcony where you can watch the amazing sunsets while enjoying your dinner. Air conditioning with dual function, for hot and cold, and WI-fi are also at your disposal. The condominium pool is an asset for days when the beach next door, 1km away, doesn't seem so appealing. Other things to note Please be advised that there is ongoing renovation work at a school approximately 400 meters from the accommodation, expected to last until the end of the year 2026. During the week (Monday to Friday), between 8 am and 7 pm and a few weekends between 09 am and 6pm, there may be some construction noise.
