Breakers…Woolacombe seafront

Our stylish holiday home on the seafront at Woolacombe is the perfect place to stay for a North Devon holiday. Commanding fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. A stone’s throw from the celebrated Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot. The space Breakers is a house (with apartment over) on the seafront at Woolacombe with a fabulous sea view terrace making the most of its elevated position. The house has been totally renovated in the last year creating a wonderful open plan kitchen, lounge diner, capitalising on those amazing bay views. The interior design has a beautiful colour palate reflecting its unique location. Loaf sofas, a log burner, underfloor heating and cool contemporary design...what's not to like. In the hallway there is a ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin bedded room complete with en suite shower room finished in travertine and a grand master bedroom with a sea view bath! The master bedroom also has an en suite shower room with a large walk in shower. On this floor there is also a dedicated office area and desk. We love spending time here with our family and friends and we hope you will too. Guest access The entire house and its private outside space is made up and dedicated to our guests. There is dedicated parking for one vehicle at the property and there is also an EV charging point for our guests. There are also a few guests parking spaces but use of these is not guaranteed. Other things to note To access the house from the parking bay there are about 15 external steps up to the front door and terrace area.
