This condo is centrally located with quick access to all Myrtle Beach has to offer! 5 min drive to the beach, the boardwalk or Broadway at the beach. 8 min to the Myrtle Beach convention center. The unit is located on the second floor; however, there is elevator access right across from the front door. No visitor parking restrictions. Multiple pools and grill areas are within walking distance from the unit. Please use the provided pool fob (located in wicker basket on kitchen counter) when accessing the pool area. There will be a $250 charge of the key fob is lost/stolen. You will have access to the entire condo during your stay. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no parties or large events. Please be respectful of neighbors. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys are located on the back patio. Please wipe them off before bringing them back through the house. A fee will be charged for any missing items. Other things to note If you need anything please ask! Accidents happen. If something is broken or damaged in any way when you arrive, please notify us immediately. If something happens while you are at the house, please let us know so we can address it right away.
