This beautiful loft space provides a unique getaway in Troy. It’s walking distance to RPI, Russel Sage, EMPAC, The Troy Music Hall, the Troy Farmers Market, and many of Troy’s restaurants. This is a studio apartment with a king size bed, wifi, kitchen with an electric cooktop and stand-alone shower. ***Important Accessibility Note*** While this space comes with beautiful views of nearby churches, it is located on the fourth floor with a very steep three flight walk up. The space This studio loft space is on the top floor of an apartment building. You access the space via the back of the building. We note the stairs multiple times because they really are quite steep and will prove challenging to anyone with mobility restrictions. The space is newly renovated but is located in an old building and the staircase/entrance might be a little off putting. Once you’re inside it is a very cozy, private space with beautiful views of surrounding historical downtown. Guest access There is street parking usually readily available outside the building. You can get to the heart of downtown in a pleasant short 10 minute walk passing by Russell Sage college and the Troy library. Other things to note Check in is 6pm or later unless we arrange otherwise at least a day in advance . We are generally able to accommodate earlier check ins with some planning. Same for check out which is 10am or earlier
