Convenient to downtown, shopping, dining & beaches The space Built in the 1940s and restored with care to blend the history, character and charm with the conveniences and comfort of today’s modern world. The home was furnished with décor we love balancing clean lines with cozy details to create a serene space making you feel relaxed and at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal: stainless appliances, cookware, pots, pans, blenders, InstaPot, wine glasses and more along with a coffee station featuring a Keurig and French Press. We love the open flow between the kitchen and dining area! Accented with our favorite rope chairs, there is ample seating at the lux farmhouse style dining table and bar top. The living room is flooded with natural light and mid-century modern accents. A deep blue 3-piece map of Savannah is above the couch and provides a neat and useful aerial perspective of the city and outer islands. Smart TVs are located in the living room and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. Closets and dressers are available for guest use. The middle bedroom contains a twin trundle that can be extended to create a king size bed. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, spare sheets, extra comforters and plenty of towels. Wi-Fi access and high-speed internet are available. Guest access This a private home on a quiet residential street. Guests have full access to the entire home, porch and fenced in yard. Ample street parking is available. Other things to note Having lived and traveled throughout the US and abroad, I can say without a doubt that Savannah is something special. This Southern city has a distinct European flare - the combination of which creates a truly magical and memorable experience.
