The Vacation-WI-FI & Sea View: Peperone

Welcome to La Vacanza, founded in 2022, a brand new hospitality and reception project by the Burgio brothers. We wanted to create a house for our guests that could be a vacation home, but also an experience capable of offering relationships with our traditions, designed with a strong and essential relationship with the sea. The traditional Sicilian house is essential, austere but rich in the seamless exchange between colors and flavors, inside and out. The space The thought and idea that guided us comes from our tradition as well as our history as the Burgio brothers. Therefore, you will not have the impression of being in a vacation home, but we want to make you feel like a guest in a home where the space will be your intimate, cozy, comfortable and fluid space. Peperone (7) will be your apartment with a private entrance (numeric keypad key), you can access the loft equipped with an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed and single bed, table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony overlooking the sea and the Syracuse marina, bright and well-equipped. Seven beautiful holiday homes with a splendid sea view located above the ancient and fascinating local market of Ortigia. To these, we add the possibility of enjoying unique experiences by supporting the authentic spirit of our territory and telling through agriculture, cuisine, the sea, and archeology all those elements that have contributed to making this island a special place. It is for this reason that we wanted to dedicate the names of the apartments to the ingredients that together form one of the most important products of the Sicilian tradition, La Caponata, which is also one of the most important preserves in the history of the Fratelli Burgio company, which for more than forty years has been working on the research and recovery of lost flavors of the Sicilian territory thanks to techniques and flavors of the local cuisine.
