The space This exceptional apartment has a sophisticated, contemporary interior with stunning Japanese design accents. Your own private entrance leads into the spacious living zone, with original artwork and European-style furnishings. A dining zone with large table adjoins the living space, and there is a modern, custom designed and fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, and other day-to-day appliances and utensils. Quality crockery, glassware and cookware are provided. A timber and steel loft-style ladder leads up to a mezzanine loft space, built into the apartment's lofted ceiling line, that looks down into the living area. This loft space, furnished with comfy bean chairs, provides a separate relaxation zone and adds an extra dimension to the apartments interior. The main bedroom of the property, located off the living zone and separated by an over-size sliding panel/door, is fitted with a comfortable, low-profile, queen size bed with upholstered bed head. A luxurious duvet and multiple pillows are provided. The bedroom also features, modern, locally-made, 'washi'-style tatami flooring, adding a pleasing, Japanese aesthetic to its interior. An original calligraphy artwork by a local 'big brush' Shodo artist also hangs in this space. A large built-in robe provides ample storage. A generous size, private balcony is located off the bedroom and is accessed via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors; enjoy tree-top views whilst relaxing in large, outdoor lounge chairs. A stunning, treed aspect may also be enjoyed from an oversize, round feature window in the bedroom. A modern, custom designed bathroom completes this unique property, with walk-in shower and separate, deep soaker bath, a separate vanity, bidet toilet and concealed washer/dryer. A feature window in the bathroom also provides views towards the Furano township, through the mature conifer trees that line the perimeter of our site. A heated towel rail in the bathroom provides an added touch of luxury. Bathroom amenities are provided, including a hair dryer. The property is separately heated/cooled by reverse-cycle air-conditioning that may be controlled to suit individual guest requirements. A daily maid service is provided. Towels and bedlinen are hotel quality and are generously supplied. Guests in the property also enjoy access to Furano Lofts' own private onsen, which may be reserved for exclusive use via the onsite property management office. The Furano Lofts Guest Services Team is at the disposal of guests, providing concierge services that are the equal of any 5-star hotel. Guest access Private direct, card controlled access is provided to this fully self-contained apartment. Other things to note We have a very strict no smoking rule that applies to the entire property, both inside and outside, and all guests and their invitees are required to comply. A minimum cleaning fee of ¥50,000 is charged for violations of this rule. Please note that Guests are responsible for any acts or omissions that cause damage to the property during their occupancy. A minimum repair fee of ¥50,000 applies and Guests authorise us to charge their nominated credit card for this amount, or such other amount as may be required, in the event of damage arising, fair wear and tear excepted.
