Bedroom 1 is the Master with a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, armoire with TV, 1 outlet with USB ports, fan, and 2 walk in closets. Attached private bathroom has a newly remodeled shower. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, dresser with TV, 1 outlet with USB ports, fan, and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has an attached Jack n Jill bathroom with a newly remodeled shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, small armoire with TV, 1 outlet with USB ports, fan, and 2 walk in closets. Bedroom 3 is also connected to the Jack n Jill bathroom. INDOOR LIVING: Each bedroom and living room have Roku smart tvs logged into Disney+, and you are welcome to log in to your streaming accounts. Office/workout combo room features desk and elliptical with a small set of dumbbells. Dining room welcomes 6, and Ping Pong table ensures fun for all. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with electric stove top, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, individual Keurig and drip coffee pot. OUTDOOR: Furnished, screened in patio overlooks fenced backyard. PARKING: Parking is available in the 2 car garage, large driveway or on the street. GENERAL: Free WIFI (Sparklight), linens and towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board. Unit is a self-catering rental, but we have provided some starter supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent to last a few days. Supplies will not be restocked during your stay, but there are many convenience and grocery stores nearby if you need to shop during longer stays. DOGS ALLOWED-but must be approved PRIOR to booking.
