The villa has 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The 2nd floor owners suite has 2 balconies for taking in fresh air. The crystal clear pool is the perfect place to take a swim or relax in one of the poolside sun loungers. Within the walkable community you will find restaurants, bars and a boutique market.Community has 24h security. The space Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Pool has a shallow section and a deep section. Washer and dryer available. Kitchen has newer appliances with coffee machine and blender. There is a table and chairs by the pool and with a gas grill for guest use. Open layout with a perfect flow. Gated security with guards patrolling the area for safety. Beautiful Sosua beach with their bars and restaurants, nightlife and supermarket were within a 10 min drive. Guest access Gated parking inside the property under pergola. Other things to note We don't allow smoking inside the property. Please note that for stays of six days or less, electricity is included.
