Bathed in an abundance of natural light, this superbly appointed apartment promises luxury and convenience. A small private room in a shared apartment which is my home, it is surrounded by immaculate manicured grounds, is impressively scaled with an open plan living design and an entertaining balcony. Perfectly placed to enjoy Dee Why’s shops, restaurants and cafes with the town centre just footsteps away and the beach an easy 10 minute walk. The space Guests are free to use all the amenities within the apartment including the wifi and Foxtel. Foxtel includes Fox Sports for sports fans. The balcony has a barbecue for summer afternoons and nights while there is a large kitchen which has plenty of facilities and implements, including a dishwasher. Ideally located close to Sydney CBD transport routes or those wanting to visit the idyllic Northern Beaches. Guest access All areas of the apartment are accessible for guests use. During your stay I’m always available to talk to guests either via phone, text or any form of whatsapp or messenger. I’m usually at work during the week and occasionally at weekends too so not usually around the apartment during the day time. At night I’m more than happy to give guests space should they require but equally comfortable socialising too. Happy to be a tour guide for any visitors. Other things to note Very close to Dee Why Grand shopping mall which includes Coles, plus a petrol station and mini-mart is nearby for easy access to goods and services if required.
