Idyllic semi-detached house near Tampere

Spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies. The space The apartment (100m2) is located in Vuorentausta, Ylöjärvi. The apartment has its own separate entrance. The backyard, which borders the forest, has a small terrace. There is good terrain for jogging in the area. Bedrooms and a second toilet are located on the 3rd floor, kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor and laundry facilities, electric sauna and a second toilet on the ground floor. The wooden stairs have railings, but no child gates. The tenants of the apartment live on the other side of the semi-detached house. Guest access The parking space is on the right side of the apartment. The parking space can accommodate two cars in a row. The nearest bus stop (80, Kaivokuja) is about 200m away. Tampere's public transport bus will take you to the center of Tampere in about 22 minutes, by car in 15 minutes. Vuorentausta is a charming and peaceful old detached house area. Also, with small children, it is advisable to beware of slippery wooden stairs. There are no child gates on the stairs. Bed linen is included in the price and beds are made for guests in advance, except for the sofa bed. Bath and hand towels are also included in the price.
