Old Florence - Ponte Vecchio flat with elevator

The spacious 3 rooms apartment (80m2), equipped with air conditioning , is on the 3rd floor with elevator, in an historic building of the XVIII century. Situated in the historic centre of Florence, you will be the neighbour of Ferragamo Museum, just around the corner from Piazza Santa Trinita and very close to Ponte Vecchio (200 m) , Piazza Signoria and Uffizi Gallery. 10 min walking from Santa Maria Novella. The space The flat, with air conditioning and independent heating, has two bedrooms (each with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 wardrobe), a large bathroom and a living room with an open-plan kitchen, equipped with oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and other small appliances. An iron and ironing board are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. You will be living in the historic centre of Florence (just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore, the Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, etc.), in the very heart of the city's most elegant district, the famous Via de'Tornabuoni. Just outside the building you'll find the most beautiful and elegant shops and the best restaurants. The flat is ideal for a family with two children, two couples or a group of friends. I will be available and contactable at all times during your stay. I will be happy to show you the most typical restaurants. As my only aim is to make you feel at home, I am willing to share my flat with the people who take care of it. NOTE: - On arrival: You will be asked to identify yourself, and to do this we will photograph your identity documents which will be sent to the Florence Town Hall (compulsory step). - The tourist tax is collected directly by Airbnb and not by the Host. - I would like to be informed of your time - To bring forward check-in time, we can almost always arrange for you to drop off your luggage after 11:30 a.m., during cleaning. In the meantime, you can enjoy the city. - If you check in after 9pm, you will have to pay a small supplement of €20. After 24:00 the amount will be € 40. In the morning, rubbish trucks drive through. At night there is generally no noise except, very rarely, at weekends when people come out of restaurants.
