We rent our southern house in idyllic and hisoric Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk southern idyll with great view towards Galtesund and Arendal. Two minutes walk to the ferry dock, where the charming passenger ferry "Kolbjørn" takes you to/from the center of Arendal in minutes several times an hour. Nice swimming facilities nearby and short road to gems like Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva etc. Charming and sheltered terrace and garden with sun from morning to evening. Perfect for coziness on late summer evenings
