Three Star Threehouse.

Welcome to Punto Verde. Situated on a hilltop overlooking Montañita, famous for its surf and party, Punto Verde is the perfect place to relax, unwind, disconnect, reconnect, heal, work and workout all at the same time... The house is verry confortable with green nature all around. Its verry private and on a hilltop with little visitors and 5 cats or so. The space This new appartment is like a luxury three house, mostly just netting for windows, you feel outside inside. Good wifi, warm shower, fully equiped kitchen. The vieuw of the surfpoint is stunning. You can see the ocean through the mountain from the bathroom. Beware of many starecases! Guest access We have a beautifull octanganal workspace for yoga, meditacion, therapies etc. There is a bbq place in the garden. The neighbour has a swimmingpool for consumers in his restaurant or a small fee. We live 5 min. walk from they ocean. There is a vedgyman driving up the hill twice a week ( mostly ;). So does watter, gas, fish, taxis, pizas and more During your stay You will be sharing the house with Joos (the landlord), any other guests staying, and our five curious and friendly cats - Charlie, Bandito, Byoncy, Boo and Fran., The house is very calm and you will have a lot of space to yourself. Somebody is usually around if you need anything. Other things to note - Joos is originally from Holland, and speaks English, Spanish, Dutch, and German - We are environmentally conscious and take care of mother nature e.g. by recycling water to use it for our plants, and we compost organic food waste - We love for guests to enjoy everything Montañita has to offer, including the nightlife, but prefer guests not to bring the party home. As usual in South America the house is not completely sound-proofed so we wish the guests to be mindful towards others. - We consider living in nature next to the ocean a huge blessing, however this of course creates certain living conditions. We keep the house clean, but you may sometimes find a little dust or some (harmless) critters around the house. If you’re looking for a sanitised 5-star hotel environment you might be disappointed, as this is a guesthouse for people who want an authentic, homey stay in a natural South American environment. - We especially love longer term guests and offer a 20% discount for 1week+ stays (20%) and 50% discount for 1month+.
