Free high-speed fiber WiFi, dedicated workspace & Smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. Close to shopping centers, coffee shops, restaurants, bars & the airport. The space Park View Apartments is a modern development of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are all self-catering. All of our apartments benefit from modern decor, AC, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, dedicated laptop workspace and open plan dining. We have 2 refreshing swimming pools (sun chairs, loungers, umbrellas and beach towels are provided) and guests can enjoy our beautiful tropical garden with flowers, lawns, plants, a cactus garden and our famous plantain tree! Our open-air lounge allows refreshing outdoor relaxation with comfy leather sofas and large tables for solo and group outdoor dining. If you love a locally-brewed beer you must check out The Grenada Brewery Co which is just down the road. Also, there are many restaurants and bars which are just a stone's throw away. This property is in a great location that caters to all your eating, drinking and socializing needs! 🚗 Parking is provided free of charge. 🚭 We are a no smoking property. 🚼We welcome children aged 13 or above. 🐶Pets and animals are not permitted. Other things to note SMOKING: I do not allow smoking on any part of the property. I suffer from chronic asthma and severe allergies. I live in one of the apartments on the compound and smoke affects my chest & sinuses and makes me very ill. This means that you cannot smoke inside your apartment or on your verandah or balcony. And it also means that you may not smoke in any of the outside areas of the property like the open-air lounge, poolside and throughout the gardens. I welcome guests who are smokers, but they are directed to enjoy their cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes outside of the property boundary gates on the street. CHILDREN: Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate guests aged under 13 years old. The majority of my tenants are medical students at the local university. I offer a peaceful and serene living environment for them which allows them to concentrate on their studies whilst enjoying tropical, poolside living close to the beach. Young children love our environment (and we love having them here too): being able to splash around in our 2 swimming pools and roam around the secure, gated compound gardens. However, this has conflicted with the serene nature of the compound in the past. So, if your booking includes children who will be 12 years of age or under on the check-in date, I am so sorry but I will not be able to host your party.
