Spacious country house. Ideal for resting, reuniting with family, discovering Périgord and spending a relaxing holiday. Ideally located in Périgord, in the heart of the Périgueux triangle, Bergerac and Sarlat and the major tourist sites of the region (castles, museums, caves, Les Eyzies, La Roque Gageac, Domme...). Possibility of hiking, canoeing and swimming in the pond (Lake Neufond in Vergt), in the river. Whatever the weather, there's always something to do. The space Modernized house of 100m2 comprising: - a bright living room open to the equipped kitchen; - 3 bedrooms: • 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and • 1 child's room with 1 half-height bed and one single bed) The half-height bed is exclusively reserved for children; - bathroom and separate toilet, - large private terrace on unenclosed garden. For baby equipment (crib, bathtub, highchair, wake-up mat), please make the request beforehand. Supermarket, doctors, pharmacy and businesses 9km away. Bed and bath linen are not provided. In case you don't want to clutter your luggage, we offer the rental of sheets and towels (request to be made when booking). Hot tub operates from July 1 to August 31 (except breakdown and Weather exceptions). Guest access Access to the entire living area (house on garage, garage not accessible to guests) Access to the entire terrace, balcony and garden (not enclosed) Other things to note For an additional fee, you can have the household linen package (sheets + towels). No pets are allowed. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. (deposit forfeited in case of tobacco pollution) Swimming for children in the hot tub is under the permanent supervision and full responsibility of parents.
