Welcome to our well presented, self contained home that is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a further couple of minutes away from local bars and restaurants. Hit the beach or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard. This is the perfect place for your family to enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including short drives to the many vineyards and attractions. This home is also a short drive to Rosebud Plaza and is located right between Rosebud and Rye. The space Our home has plenty of natural light and pleasant views of the side and rear gardens. We have provided the following essentials for your comfort and convenience: - Wifi Internet - Password to be provided after booking - Netflix ready - Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper & cooking oil - Microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher - pots/pans, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glassware, mugs & wine glasses - Weber Q BBQ in the back patio - Outdoor furniture - Reading materials in the coffee table drawers and kids room - Porta Cot in the kids cupboard, there's a baby mattress under the bunk - Cleaning supplies - under kitchen sink and in the laundry - Vacuum Cleaner, broom, mop, dustpan - Washing machine and dryer - Clothes line NOTE: All beds are made up, however we do not provide linen or towels for guests, please BYO. Guest access Our home is nestled away in a quiet street that's just a 5 minute walk to a calm and scenic beach. The street has low traffic flow and there's easy access to the carport and driveway. We are also a 3 minute drive away from Rosebud Plaza. The house keys will be located in a lock box and the code is changed regularly. We shall provide you with the new lockbox code after your booking has been confirmed. Other things to note We hope you enjoy your stay at our home and hope you experience all that Mornington has to offer. We do have a no party policy and hope that you respect our neighbor's and keep noise levels down. We would appreciate for our guests to please clean up after themselves and leave the house in the same condition they found it in. We have cleaners come after each visit, however additional costs may be incurred for mess that has not been cleaned/tidied up. e.g emptying trash in to council bins, emptying dishwasher etc.
