Enjoy this house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area of a village. Small supermarket, bakery and tobacco bar 5 minutes walk, the largest shops 10-15 minutes by car, including Daoulas and Landerneau where you can find respectively an abbey and the FHEL. The beaches or shores are at least 10 minutes away, the Crozon peninsula is 30 minutes away, as are the Arre mountains. You can also get to Quimper quickly. And during the month of July, enjoy being 15 minutes from the Brest 2022 Maritime Festival The space In the house you will have access to three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with toilets. Downstairs there is a big living room with an open equiped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and separates toilets. You will also have access to the small laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer. We can provide you two baby beds and two highchairs if you ask. Outside, enjoy the big terrace with an awning on half and a garden lounge . We also leave the wahing line available.
