Guest access The apartment has everything you need: - A fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony where you can see Marvel Stadium in the distance - Elsewhere in the building, there is a spa, pool and gym, and showers. All are professionally maintained and super clean, with a better equipped gym than you will find in most hotels, with squat rack, benches and barbells, along with a TV. - There is also an entertainment room, study and courtyard area where you can study or relax in peace in a nice spacious area This is a very comfortable and quiet place from which you can explore the city, or spend all day relaxing During your stay The host will be available when needed to help out with recommendations about the lovely city of Melbourne, and answer any questions, as well as the other tenant. Generally, the occupants are quiet and respect each other's privacy at all times, but they are happy to have a chat if you are the sociable type as well! There are two other bedrooms in the apartment, where other occupants stay. Other things to note The space is suited to either a single guest, for which a king single bed is provided. A second guest can also be accommodated on request, via the use of a second fold out futon sofa.
