The space This newly furnished, very nice garden apartment is approx. 2 km above the three-river town of Passau In the middle of nature, right next to a small stream, very quiet and on the edge of the municipality of Freinberg in beautiful Upper Austria. The flat is equipped with a fast, free and stable internet connection (300 MB), an online workstation, smart HDTV incl NETFLIX free & PRIME Video optional a fully equipped kitchenette for cooking, espresso and Senseo coffee machine for coffee enjoyment in the morning and in between, a bathroom with rainforest and massage shower. Cosy outdoor seating is available in the outdoor area. Here you can enjoy the whole day in the great outdoors and simply chill out..... For guests who would like to explore the surrounding area, the nearby beer gardens, Passau or the Danube cycle path, we offer 2 brand new e-bikes. (Optional). Sufficient up-to-date information material is available. Last but not least: We have often been Air Bnb guests ourselves and know what is important. If something should be missing, we are always available on site and are happy to help with advice and assistance!
