Unwind in our newly refurbished peaceful villa retreat on the border of La Oliva and Villaverde. A spacious 4 bedroom villa with a large garden and pool overlooking the Fuertvenura mountains. Tastefully decorated in a modern Canarian style with comfortable beds, sofas and a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, as well as indoor and outdoor dining area and air conditioning. A short drive from shops, supermarkets and the best restaurants on the island and a 15 minute drive from beautiful beaches. The space As you enter the villa there is a newly refurbished kitchen to your left. To the right is the living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and television. Through an arch is the dining room table with more seating and doors to the garden. To one side of the living room is access to a large double bedroom and modern bathroom. At the back of the living room there is a hallway with 2 bedrooms of it and at the very back is a relaxing summer room overlooking the pool with a bathroom and shower just of it perfect for when you come in from the pool. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool jacuzzi bath and shower and a balcony with a view over the surrounding area. The property has a large garden and patio area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a large seating area and many succulent local plants. The garden is sheltered and catches the sun throughout the day. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the main living room which keep the entire villa cool. Guest access You will have full and exclusive use of the entire villa, gardens and all the facilities. There is parking for 3 cars at the villa in the driveway. There are local shops and restaurants a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Villaverde has some of the best restaurants on the island which are a 5 minute drive away. Other things to note Villa Raya is a spacious and modern converted Spanish farm house, sitting in a quite area of La Olvia with views of the mountains. There are only a few neighbours so you will find your stay quiet and peaceful. There are large grounds to the property, with a large tiled pool area and many areas to sit and enjoy the view or to eat outside. Inside we have everything you could need, air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room. A modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and luxury linen and towels.
