We would be happy to assist you with exploring the many things to do in the lovely city of Dayton. Our condominium is convenient to local grocery stores, shopping 5 minutes away. Kayaking 15 minutes away. Wright State University is only minutes away. Only 15 mins away -Yellow Sprgs Ohio near new Dave Chappell comedy club The space There are 2 bedrooms for guests. One is a master bedroom with a full bath and shower. The other is on the lower level and has a full sized comfortable futon bed. There is also a 1/2 bath which does not have a shower. During your stay I am usually available for questions, and to help guests get acclimated.
