More recent additions have increased the square footage to 800 square feet, including a spacious bedroom with 2 closets, a bathroom with antique fixtures, and a modern washer/dryer. An open concept living room, kitchen, and dining nook with cathedral ceiling are all detailed with bead board paneling. The space All rooms are furnished with midcentury modern furniture that is also for sale! The cottage can sleep 4, 2 on a queen size bed, 2 on an air mattress or single camp cots. Although, several guests can be accommodated, it is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful, well established perennial gardens. There is a pick your own vegetable garden, when in season. Within walking distance to local spring and trails to the town forest. Off street parking available for 1 car.
