However, you have to pay attention to noise from 9:30 pm/2 pm outside, especially because it is a small village where voices are heard and I am particularly attentive to the well-being of my neighbors. The floor is tiled everywhere, remember to bring slippers if you are sensitive to the cold 😄 If you eat in the living room, please be careful with the sofa. We want it to remain welcoming for everyone! Barbecue is available: you can bring your charcoal, firelighter and matches. A small deposit is required to guarantee cleaning. Just remember to let me know at the time of booking, otherwise I can't guarantee that the BBQ will be cleaned. The toilets work with a septic tank: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no paper towels, tampons or other). --- Before you go: Close all windows and shutters (except the kitchen door), turn off the lights, and take out your trash (household waste + glass). Please also leave the house clean and tidy, as it was when you arrived. --- Parking: Please do not park in front of the gate (shared area and fire access), or on the lawn. --- The house is non-smoking and non-vaping indoors 🙏 --- Finally, please stay on the property.
