This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing and quiet stay with family, friends or colleagues. Towels and bed linen are provided! The beds are made before your arrival!☺️ Special price for one-week, one-month or longer stays! Please leave the house in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Please put the clean dishes back in the cupboards and drawers and place all garbage in the outside bins. The space House that's not too big and not too small, 110 m² with 4 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms each with a shower, 3 140×200 cm beds, 1 160×200 cm bed, 2 single beds, 1 real baby bed, 1 travel crib, 2 sofa beds, huge outdoor parking area for several cars, balcony with a very nice view of the large garden, not overlooked... completely secluded from view. However, you should be mindful of noise after 9:30/10:00 p.m., especially outside, as this is a small village where voices carry, and I am particularly attentive to the well-being of my neighbors. Thank you for your understanding. Please do not use the fireplace in the living room. There is no washing machine available in the rental. There is no longer central heating in the house from April to October each year. However, if the indoor temperature drops below 19°C, two oil-filled radiators are available upstairs, as well as two identical ones on the ground floor. Please note that there may be minor differences compared to the photos... Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Guest access Take the driveway to the left of the church to the gray gate... Then let us know when you arrive, and the gate will be opened to welcome you, or you will be given the code for the secure lockbox on the day and around the time of your arrival. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties, gatherings, hosting people not included in the reservation, excessive noise (day or night), music outside or loud voices are strictly prohibited. 🕤 From 9:30 p.m./10:00 p.m., if you are on the balcony or outside, please adjust the volume of your voices. The village is small and quiet, and the sound carries easily, which can quickly disturb the neighbors. I am very attentive to their peace of mind, and they will not hesitate to let me know if there is any discomfort. The floor is tiled everywhere, remember to bring slippers if you are chilly 😄 If you eat in the living room, please be mindful of the sofa. We want it to remain welcoming for everyone! The barbecue is available: you can bring your own charcoal, firelighters and matches. Just remember to let me know at the time of booking 😉. The toilet is on a septic system: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no paper towels, tampons, or anything else). --- Before you go: Close all the windows and shutters (except the shutter on the kitchen door through which you enter and exit. You must lock the door, but please leave the shutter open). Turn off all lights. Bring the parasols, cushions and chair cushions into the living room. Take out your trash and place it in the two bins outside the gate: 1) Household garbage bagged in black trash bags. 2) Recyclables: Clean plastic and cardboard should not be put in trash bags. They should be placed directly in the recycling bin. 3) Glass: Please do not put glass in either of the two waste bins. You must take the glass with you: there is a recycling point in the parking lot of the Bouzonville-aux-Bois town hall, a 2-minute drive from the house.
