The space House not too big not too small, 110 m2 with 4 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor) 2 bathrooms each with a shower, 3 beds 140 x 200, 1 bed 160 x 200, 2 single beds, 1 real baby bed, 1 umbrella bed, 2 sofa beds, huge parking outside for several cars, balcony with very nice view of the large garden, not overlooked... all isolated from view. However, you have to pay attention to noise from 9:30 pm/2 pm outside, especially because it is a small village where voices are heard and I am particularly attentive to the well-being of my neighbors. Thank you for understanding. Please: thank you for not using the fireplace in the living room. There is no washing machine available in the rental. There is no central heating in the house from April each year. However, if the temperature drops below 19°C (66°F) indoors, two oil-filled radiators are available upstairs, as well as two identical ones on the ground floor. The floor is tiled everywhere, remember to bring slippers if you're chilly 😄 If you eat in the living room, please pay attention to the couch. We want to keep it welcoming for everyone! BBQ is available: you can bring your charcoal, fire starter and matches. A small deposit is required to ensure cleaning. Just let me know when booking, otherwise I can't guarantee the bbq will be cleaned. The toilet works with a septic system: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no sopalin, no tampons or anything else). --- Before you go: Close all the windows and shutters (except the shutter on the kitchen door where you go in and out. You must lock the door, but please leave the shutter open). Turn off all lights. Take out your garbage: household garbage wrapped in the black garbage bags + recyclable plastic and cardboard that are clean but NOT put in the garbage bags, to be put in the two different bins in front of the gate. Glass: You absolutely must not put glass in my two waste bins. You must take your glass bottles with you and drop them off at a recycling point. There is one in the parking lot of the Bouzonville-aux-Bois town hall, a 2-minute drive from the house.
