Welcome to the Sunrise Loft! Enjoy your stay in San Juan in a tropical boho-chic corner loft condo. Start your day with sunrise in bed and amazing views of Escambron Beach, El Yunque, Condado and Miramar boroughs. Relax winding down to sunsets and night sklyline. Located in the of heart of SJ, walking distance to the beach, Old San Juan, LMM Park, Condado and Convention Center, and short drives to, Santurce, Miramar and SJU and SIG Airports. Generators; w/ washer and dryer; high-speed internet. The space The Sunrise Loft is a modern open concept condo with a tropical boho-chic style. It features 270 degrees views from a 14th floor. As suggested by its name, the apartment is loft style. The master bedroom is separated from the general space with a partial armoire wall and retractable double curtain fabric wall. It also includes a master in-suite bathroom, dedicated A/C unit, king size bed with night stands, TV with Roku, desk, reading chair, dedicated lighting, black out shades and window curtains. New A/C units installed in 2024 (livingroom) and 2025 (master bedroom). The main area is open concept from the moment you walk in. It includes a full second bathroom with shower, vanity and storage, a day bed nook with roll out trundle and night stand, large dinning area for 6, living room area with large white leather sofa, large kitchen with peninsula, full fridge with filtered water and ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, electric stove and oven. The kitchen is also equipped with high end cooking set, cooking utensils, glass ware and plate setting and utensils for 6, stove top espresso maker, French press, spices and condiment. In the kitchen closet you will find the laundry which includes washer, dryer, utility sink and drying rack for delicate clothes. FAMILY FRIENDLY. We are parents and have crib, baby bath, changing table, diaper disposal, bottle sterilizer and other items for infants/young children. Inquire with the local host to learn more about what is available for guest use. The apartment will also be equipped with basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) and some cleaning detergents and cleaning tools. Each guest will also be provided with two large towels and a hand and wash towel set. All beds have full sheet set. For you enjoyment and beach adventures, the apartment is also equipped with 4 beach chairs , cooler, beach cart and portable charcoal BBQ. Note The Escambron Beach is the only beach walking distance that allows BBQ. Please follow all local beach instructions when using the BBQ. The BBQ equipment is for permitted outdoor use only. The apartment includes one parking spot. An additional parking spot can be provided upon request. Past guests have recommended renting a smaller car for greater maneuverability within the parking garage. Guest access Smart-lock door - will provide access code to guests prior to check-in. To access the property all guest must check-in first with the building's concierge. Please note our building’s security policy requires the concierge to take photos of your ID (e.g. Driver’s License) and your physical appearance before you may be admitted. Our in-person host will welcome you and provide access to the apartment and parking spot (if requested in advance by guest). Other things to note We have installed brand new A/C units in the livingroom (2024) and master bedroom (June 2025). Our building has two industrial generators which kick in immediately in the event of any power outage on the island to ensure no disruption. WORK DESK. You'll have an amazing view overlooking the Escambron Beach from the dedicated workspace located in the master bedroom. LG Monitor available for your use upon request.
