For coffee lovers, we offer a dual Keurig coffee maker, which brews a pot of coffee or allows for single-serve options—just bring your favorite coffee grounds or K-Cups. This condo offers plenty of room to relax and rest with 3 king-sized beds, 3 queen-sized beds, 2 twin beds, and a trundle bed that pulls out. The spacious bedrooms ensure everyone has their own space, and the extra bonus room provides a great retreat for the kids to unwind, play games, or watch movies. Plus, there’s a TV in every room to keep everyone entertained. We provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, including linens, kitchen items, and hand soaps. Guest access On the day of your arrival we will provide you with your access information. You will park in the parking lot located underneath the location of your unit. Parking passes will be provided for you. Only 4 parking passes can be provided due to the HOA. No motorcycles or trailers in the parking area due to HOA restrictions. Other things to note Don't forget your beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards & sunscreen! We do provide the initial paper products such as toilet paper & paper towels but you may need to purchase more depending on the length of your stay and the amount of guests.
