Sunny Cottage at Memorial Park

Vacation on the border of San Anselmo's Memorial Park! Walk to restaurants, groceries and coffee shops right out your private back door. This is our family cottage behind our permanent residence, which shares a backyard. Surrounded by Open Space Preserves, the neighborhood of Sorich Park is close to downtown, but offers its own network of trails and a large, active park. We are open to weekly and monthly rentals, if you hope to stay in Marin for longer. The space This one-bedroom cottage can sleep 2 adults and a child. The California King Casper mattress makes the bedroom very cozy for sleeping and the desk space nearby makes it functional for work. The living room sofa converts to a daybed for a child or third guest. The walk-in closet and separate vanity/ toilet area make it a functional space for more than one person. The kitchen is fully stocked with provided coffee and tea. There is a full-sized refrigerator and top-of-the-line dishwasher. You will also have access to your own washer and dryer. Guest access Private entrances. Easy street parking. Bus lines to/from San Francisco and locations throughout Marin at the end of our street, a 2-minute walk away. We do have a secured pool and hot tub in the shared backyard, which is not available to cottage renters, but the entire park out the back door has many exciting features, including a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, baseball diamonds, hiking trails, a turn-of-the century historical log cabin bar and a picnic grove. Other things to note Please no pets- no exceptions. We have a turf yard and allergies so we unfortunately can’t welcome furry friends. Check in is 4pm, check out is 11 am.
