Guest access Check-in takes place at our office, where we’ll meet you in person, provide directions to the property, and go over everything you need to know to make your stay as smooth as possible. If you’re ever unsure about anything—whether it’s getting to the apartment, how something works, or local recommendations—we’re always available and happy to help. Other things to note NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony. The ID of the guest who has made the booking is required to be presented at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
