You are also welcome to enjoy the private back deck with the hot tub and BBQ, the game room in the garage, and the surrounding 4-acre grounds. Please note that the cabin shares a driveway with another house on the lot, located about 150 feet away and separated by trees. You will have your privacy, but we ask that you please be respectful of the occupants of the other house. Other things to note * Although we are located on a quiet neighborhood road, we are close to the main road from Oakhurst to Mariposa (Rt 49). You will hear some road noise when you are outside. * Cell phone coverage can be spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend connecting to the WiFi as soon as you arrive. The network name and password will be provided before your arrival. * For your security, there is an outdoor Ring security camera on the front porch facing the driveway. * The cabin is equipped with a home security system that is NOT in use. You will notice motion detectors inside; please be assured these are NOT cameras and are not active. * Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.
