Close to everything you'd want in a peaceful setting. Enjoy eclipse-related events at the OSU campus before the event. Take a stroll downtown or visit Newport (Oregon coast) during your stay. The space House has 1 room with a full size bed, 2nd room with a futon bed, and a full bathroom shared between them. The 3rd bedroom has twin sized bunk beds and lots of space for an additional air mattress (provided if desired) or sleeping bags. It has a private bathroom. Bed rooms are on the third floor so there are stairs. The love-seat and sofa in the living room could be used for sleeping (they do not fold out). The Second floor has full kitchen and half bath with a dining area and sitting / study spaces. Guest access You have full use of the house, as well as a setting area on the covered front porch. The townhouse includes a double car garage (best for smaller cars), as well as plenty of street parking. Other things to note No pets or smoking of any kind. This is a smoke free property and Town House ROA rules must be followed. HOA rules state that this must be rented by the month, so a signed monthly lease for August will apply. Your stay can be as long or as short as you would like until Aug 31.
