The Serene Modern Studio is centrally located with easy access to freeways & I-5. Less than a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium, U of O, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena & downtown Eugene. Plenty of restaurants & shopping, a public golf course & indoor swimming pool all minutes away! The studio is set up with everything you could need for a short visit or longer stay. Hidden from the street w/ a gated driveway for maximum privacy & secluded feel, yet close to everything! The space The Serene Modern Studio is a newly built studio home with soaring ceilings, lots of windows, a soothing nature inspired color palette & furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots & pans, dishes, etc. you'll need for cooking & serving meals & full sized appliances including dishwasher & microwave. We provide fresh, organic coffee beans & sugar to get you started with your morning cup of coffee. The medium-firm, memory foam queen-size bed is made up with 100% cotton sheets & the couch folds down into a full-size/ double bed that works great for teens & smaller adults. The large cabinet in the corner of the main room is a fully enclosed laundry unit with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board & all-natural detergent provided! There is parking for up to two cars in the gated driveway & an outside patio space with a small dining set. The location is perfect for guests wanting to be minutes away from everything in Eugene without being right downtown. Several grocery stores, restaurants & lots of shopping are very close by, & it's just a quick trip across the river to go downtown. *No pets, please don't ask for exceptions* ***This listing is not suitable for kids under 8 due to the cement floor & tall dining stools*** Guest access Guests will have access to the whole studio home, a graveled patio area with small table and 2 parking spaces in the gated driveway. Other things to note This listing is not suitable for children. We can not host anyone under the age of 8 for safety. Thank you! Must be 25 years or older to book. There is another Airbnb right next door on the same property. Please be courteous in regards to noise and parking. There is no mailbox for the home and any deliveries will be left at the road, outside the gate. If ordering food for delivery, please be prepared to meet the delivery person at the gate. For stays 28 nights long or longer mid-stay cleanings by one of our professional cleaning staff are available at an hourly rate.
