And we're located in a quite residential neighborhood. The space Bea's Place is a side by side duplex..each unit sleeps 6..perfect if traveling with friends and family but looking for your own space. Tranquil neighborhood to stay while visiting the west coast of Puerto Rico...Bea's Place has all the comforts of home.. fully equipped kitchen for those days when you're craving a home cooked meal. Other things to note Indoor Smoking is Prohibited/ Prohibido fumar en interiores Bedroom air units are intended for the purposes of making sure our guests sleep comfortably .. each bedroom has 1 unit and are to be used for cooling the room.. these units are not for the purpose of cooling the entire apartment. Please remember to close the bedroom doors and turn off the units when not home. We also have ceiling fans throughout the house including bedrooms which help cool the rooms.
