Tropical9- Executive Townhouse with Office!

Tropical9 is a modern, elegant and recently renovated townhouse in Port Douglas, Queensland. With 2 large bedrooms and an office space, it is the perfect location to come and relax or work away from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, huge flat screen smart TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer and a comfortable living and dining area. Located alongside the seasonally heated resort pool and BBQ area, perfect for your next getaway. Not suitable for young children. The space Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom, with king bed, built in robe and access to your private balcony overlooking the resort pool and tropical gardens. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The stylish upstairs bathroom has a bath, large shower and vanity. There is another room upstairs converted to an office space with a large desk, desk chair and sofa, with aircon and ceiling fan. Downstairs there is another bedroom with king bed (or can be made as 2 singles upon prior request), bathroom with shower, laundry (washer and dryer) plus a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxing lounge area with a huge flat screen tv. Ceiling fans throughout, aircons in all bedrooms, office and living area. Wifi included. The entire townhouse was extensively renovated in 2021 and all appliances are modern and new. Guest access Onsite parking available undercover at the rear of the property for one car. Extra cars to be parked outside. Shuttles are available for in and out of town and cost $5 per person each way. Airport transfers can be arranged for you, just let me know your flight details and I am happy to help. Other things to note Tropical9 is located in the Tropical Nites resort in Port Douglas. One of only 14 townhouses around a freeform, seasonally heated pool. There is a guest bbq area you are welcome to use. There is a small coffee pod machine (no milk frother), it takes nespresso pods if you want to bring pods to enjoy a coffee! Large flat screen smart TV in the house- you can log in to your own netflix, foxtel accounts etc. Don't forget your passwords!! Pool towels are not included but can be hired from reception during office hours. House not suitable for infants or young children, sorry! (but there are other houses I look after that are). House rules: No schoolies permitted or schoolie groups. No noise after 10pm Only registered guests allowed on the property A credit card will be requested upon check in for security or damages and/or to cover any hire fees or tours booked.
