The space Hill View House is a newly built luxury Cotswold stone holiday home near Shipston-on-Stour which can sleep 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the spacious ground floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with sliding doors leading onto the patio and large garden and an inviting living room with plenty of comfy seating and wood burning stove for cooler evenings. One of the ensuite bedrooms is also on the ground floor offering accessibility for those who may need it. Hill View House is also a pet friendly holiday home and welcomes up to two dogs. The annexe above the garage comes equipped with an ensuite bedroom, small kitchen and living room. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided - all bedding is hypoallergenic Off street parking is available for up to 5 cars 1 highchair is available on request 2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog.
