Hill View House is a superb four bedroom luxury modern home with separate self contained annexe in the north of the Cotswolds which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The holiday home has a large garden and plenty of off street parking, perfectly suited for larger families or groups of friends. You can also bring up to two dogs with you. The space Hill View House is a newly built luxury Cotswold stone holiday home near Shipston-on-Stour which can sleep 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the spacious ground floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with sliding doors leading onto the patio and large garden and an inviting living room with plenty of comfy seating and wood burning stove for cooler evenings. One of the ensuite bedrooms is also on the ground floor offering accessibility for those who may need it. Hill View House is also a pet friendly holiday home and welcomes up to two dogs. The annexe above the garage comes equipped with an ensuite bedroom, small kitchen and living room. Accommodation This five bedroom holiday cottage in Sibford Gower, is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and the North Cotswolds. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided - all bedding is hypoallergenic Off street parking is available for up to 5 cars 1 highchair is available on request 2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. Enclosed garden however the stream is unfenced Charcoal BBQ available from May - September inclusive and on request outside of these months (guests are responsible for providing charcoal and cleaning BBQ after use) Underfloor central heating system Starter supply of wood and fire lighters are provided for the wood burning stove and further logs can be provided for a donation to the honesty box Please be aware that Hill View House is located in a quiet rural area, and we respectfully request that guests are mindful of neighbours at all times, noise and music need to be kept to a minimum, especially when outside Please note, there is an unenclosed stream along the bottom of the garden and children, infants, pets and those that cannot swim must be supervised at all times The garages are not accessible to guests The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Hen and Stag and other same sex groups can enquire Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00 Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
