Berry Cozy Cottage charming and peaceful.

Our cozy little cottage accommodates four people or a couple. Light & bright. One bathroom/shower only. Kitchenette has microwave, a full sized oven ,refrigerator ,Keruig coffee pot. A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland. The space Quiet place to relax on the porch watch deer, take a walk up the dirt road. The house is close to the main house but far enough for your privacy. Guest access Driveway leads to cottage. Access to cottage area. Other things to note We live on 7 acres with a bluff on the north side. We have dogs who are frequently outside with us but do stay inside our house. The cottage can accommodate up four guests only any more than that would be too many. We highly suggest no small children due the the bluff directly behind the cottage no children under 12. No pets are allowed to stay in the cottage.
