The space The cottage is a freestanding and private unit on a larger property with its own private entrance and hedged yard. Full of charm and super chic, you will love this little gem in Montecito! Guest access Guests access the cottage via a shared driveway, but its located behind two private gates. You will have the entire cottage to yourself as well as the private side yard with seating and a tall hedge for privacy. Other things to note Please note that train runs through the beach community in Montecito and Santa Barbara so you will expect to hear the train periodically. Additionally this is an active neighborhood - so please expect to hear the train, kids, dogs etc. and the house behind us is under construction so there is potential for construction noise. If you are at all noise sensitive, please note the noise warning and feel free to message the host with specific questions. ***PLEASE NOTE: The neighbors behind the cottage are under construction, so you will hear construction noise during the approved working hours of 8AM - 5PM Monday - Saturday.***
