Bright, quiet room & AC in Downtown with cats!

Enjoy Madrid in this beautiful central, bright, air-conditioned room in one of the city's trendy neighborhoods. I offer this warm room in my 3-bedroom apartment where I telework and live with 2 adult cats. They are very calm and friendly, so in the house, there is fur, toys, and food and you have to follow some basic rules. Ideal for lovers of sports, culture, theaters, and foodies looking for a quiet area, a few minutes from the main attractions of Madrid. The space The room has a super comfortable bed of 2.00 x 1.60 meters, air conditioning (hot/cold), and plenty of storage space in the drawer. It has a window to the outside, where it receives a lot of light and fresh air throughout the day. The window has a curtain and roller shutter. I can add a small desk to work in the room if you need it. The living room has a comfortable extendable sofa, as well as a 49” TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and Filmin, in addition to local television channels. Or if you prefer, I have a wide library, in which you can use and enjoy the most varied readings. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker (French/pressure, capsules, moka), smoothie blender, and everything you need if you prefer to cook. If you are a foodie, I recommend below my favorite places within five minutes of walking distance. There is a high-speed internet connection. During your stay I usually work at home from 9am to 5pm in my room, so I hope there won't be a lot of noise during these hours. I will gladly be available to interact with guests if they prefer. Other things to note - There is no elevator, the apartment is on the third floor (actually at the height of the second). - It is not allowed for people not included in the reservation to spend the night in the room. - Annoying noises are not allowed between 10 pm and 8 am. It is a residential area. - Alcohol in gel and disinfectant available. - If you need to check-in or check-out at a specific time, or leave your luggage here, tell me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate it.
