Nestled on the desirable north end of the boardwalk, close to the area’s best attractions, the top restaurants and bars. Just steps to the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Enjoy a nice meal or a early morning cup of coffee on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our studio includes a reserved parking space, saltwater pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family. The space Our clean and comfortable studio includes a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition we have free Wi-Fi, a full service kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a drip or K cup coffee maker, microwave, range and refrigerator/freezer, one queen bed, and a couch that opens to a queen size bed. We supply linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. We take pride in cleaning our studio our self. We completely sanitize everything in the studio after each guest leaves. Please notice how many sparkling clean comments there are in our reviews. Guest access Our guests our welcome to go in any part of the common areas, which include the pool & pool deck, the rear deck up stairs with the grill and the front lawn. Other things to note We have a strict cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. There is an outdoor pool, it is salt water, it is not heated. Opens May 15th and closes October 15th. Our pool is currently open, however due to COVID 19 that can change if ordered by the Governor.
