Our spacious 1 bedroom condominium unit is located in Banawa. Floor area is 32 sqm. It is close to churches, groceries, fast food chains, banks, malls, restaurants, schools, and hospitals. I ensure cleanliness of my unit at all times. Should you want peace and quiet place to book in, this is the one. I am easy to talk to, just message me before you book and I am willing to meet half way just to give you a pleasant stay at my condo. I love meeting people & making new friends. The space Good quality bath, face and hand towels are provided as well as basic toiletries like shampoo and soap, toilet papers, toothbrush and toothpaste. My unit has an induction cooker, range hood, microwave, toaster, frying pan, bottle/can opener, water kettle, clean drinking water, basic kitchen utensils so you can cook light meals, and placemats. Dining table is good for 4. While, the bedroom can accommodate 3 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 2 children (ages 13 years old and below). I also provide free use of a SMART prepaid Home WiFi (with load) but will require deposit which will be returned upon check out. Now you can stay connected. Guest access Sundance Residences has a commercial area and Nuat Thai massage is one of the occupants. Guest may avail of their services for a fee. However, guests may use the swimming pool, and gym for free. Only 2 guests may use the gym at the same time. Other things to note Rate is good for 3 (three) adults or 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children [ages 14 and below]. There are 2 beds in the bedroom (1 queen size bed and 1 pull over double bed).
