Endless experiences, always an adventure! The space Our sweet little spot is in a prime location to all the destinations you must see in Northern Michigan! With Boyne Mountain right out the back door, numerous lakes surrounding the area and Traverse City just an hour away, the experiences are endless! This space is perfect for a getaway with your honey, a much needed friend-cation or an adventure for the littles! Guest access This house is a two-part duplex. This listing gives you access to both halves! Room for everyone and still some privacy from each other. Access to 2 patios, backyard, full driveway (4 spaces), and a sunroom for gathering. Checkout is at noon. Late checkouts will be charged $100. If you need additional time to checkout please contact us. Will try to accommodate you if possible but we do sometimes have other guests checking in the same day and our cleaners need ample time to clean. Thank you. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE, THE SUNROOM IS CONSIDERED INSIDE. You will be charged $100 smoking fee. It leaves the house smelly for our next guest. We do appreciate your cooperation. Smart TV's so you can login into any streaming services you have or cast to the TV. They are set to guest mode so when you login you should be able to set your check out date and it will log you out automatically!
