Ranch home, Twin room, 2 windows, nightstand, closet, dresser, chair, in a beautiful, quiet and great for walking neighborhood. 2 Miles to hospitals, 3 to all grocery store. NOTE: I have a WestHighland Terrier who is a certified therapy dog - He is hypoallergenic and does not shed Note: The bed is a bit low to the ground so if you're uncomfortable with that, I also have a queen room. Your room is private and there is a private full bathroom (except when both rooms are rented, then it's shared) There is privacy in your room but the living space is shared. Simple meals and light cooking only. Drug / Alcohol and gun/weapon free home. Outside smoking only. No shoes in the house. No pets. No strong perfumes or strongly scented bath wash. My latest arrival time for check in is 6 pm. I personally greet every arrival, in person. In order to do this please be clear about what time you will arrive. (yes, I understand unforeseen circumstances). Exceptions are considered of course. Your bedroom (of course), full bath (private, except when both rooms are booked), living room, kitchen, outdoor spaces I am available to answers any questions about the area or Maine in general. I can take you sightseeing if you want and will engage in conversation if you wish. If you prefer your privacy, that is also fine. Within 5-7 minutes of Central Maine Medical Center, St. Marys Hospital and Bates College. 42 minutes to Portland, 40 to Augusta. Enjoy any of the many Lakes and State Parks in this area or Maine in general. Grocery store 5 minutes, Walmart and other shopping and quite a few interesting restaurants. There is no public transportation in Maine, so you will need your own car. The 2 closest airports are Portland International Jetport and Augusta (only from Boston) *No strong perfumes or strongly scented bath wash. *Keep phone conversations quiet and in your room, do not use speaker phone. *You must have your own vehicle to stay here as there is very limited Uber here. *No food in the bedroom. *Quiet time is about 9:30 pm. This does not mean you can't come back later after a day out, just please do it quietly. No access to the kitchen or living room after 9:30 pm please. There are always exceptions (of course).
