Rustic studio apartment with spectacular view.

Get off the beaten path in this beautiful studio barn apartment. Located on a mountaintop just outside of Love Valley, there is an amazing view, a winding dirt road and trails for hiking or horseback riding. Please read the description of the area, we are pretty remote! The space The apartment is part of the barn, it is completely detached from the house and has a full kitchen and bathroom. There are two entrances however the main entrance is a double glass door that faces our home. If after dark or raining, guests can use the front barn entrance. Guest access We are remote, located about a 20 minute drive north of Statesville, just outside of Love Valley. We are located on a well maintained dirt road. The closest gas station is about 10 minute drive and the closest grocery store or restaurants are in Statesville, about 25 minutes away. Other things to note I mention several times that we are remote. It is one of the best things about the property but if you are traveling through the area, please note we are a 20 minute drive to I77 and about 25 minutes to I40.
