The space The dates up for rent are 4/8-4/15/22 (dates cannot be broken up). The minimum rental age is 25. Eagle's Nest Resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's southwest coast. It is the "crown jewel" of luxury beachfront condos which line the island's crescent beach of white-silver sand. Vibrant tropical gardens, clay-tiled roofs and the soothing sound of its courtyard fountain create a setting with the feel of a coastal Mediterranean village. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean view suite on the 8th floor. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a pullout couch in the living room, so in total, it sleeps 6 max. There is a full kitchen stocked with kitchenware and dishware. Grills are available downstairs. There is a second bathroom and washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a large screened balcony that the living room and master bedroom open up to. The décor is similar in all units and the layout is the same in all units, so the unit you get may have slight aesthetic variances, but the pictures are representative of what you will be staying in. This property is great for families since there are all kinds of activities included and children's recreation programs. One parking pass is included. Additional parking passes can be purchased at check-in. RVs, boat trailers, watercraft, etc. are not permitted on the property due to local ordinance. The resort has a large heated swimming pool, 2 whirlpool spas, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball, a workout facility, a billiards room and an arcade. Beach cabanas, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boats and stand up paddle board rentals are available at the beach, right in front of the resort. The resort is next to the Marriott, which has a beach bar featuring live music almost every night. It's in a really fun, nice, relaxing, upscale area.
