Lovely, comfortable, Luxury Rv nestled on a beautiful, 5 acre horse farm right outside of Atlanta and 20 min from the Airport! Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery and watch the horses play! Please ase note that staying at the farm does NOT include riding the horses or RV hook-ups. Riding lessons are set up exclusively through Foundation Farms Atlanta. RV is loaded with bells and whistles, a 5min walk through upon arrival will also be included to help make your time visiting smooth and comfy! The space The Luxury Rv has 1 private master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom and a full sized pull out couch. The Rv comfortably sleeps, 2 - 4 guests *PLEASE NOTE* (unfortunately farm insurance doesn't allow any person under 16 yrs of age) The RV has a full kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Smart Roku TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu and other popular apps. It's truly a glamper's paradise and a camper's destination. Scenery is just an added bonus! Guest access Private parking right outside your RV, lovely covered deck with comfy furniture and firepit to enjoy the scenery. It's a new RV and it has been a learning curve to say the least!! lol It takes a little help using all the amenities, nothing major, but I have tried to be as thorough as possible, I'm always available if you are unsure. I think I got everything figured out, its really awesome!! If you have visitors please make sure you notify me if they will be using shower so I can watch the water tank. Rv is most equipped for 2 guests. Pul out couch is very comfy (sheets and blankets provided). Also please refrain from using the dining area as a sleeper, the table isnt designed for anything over 60lbs. Thank you so much!
